Evan Markarian is the Project Manager for the Clean Diesel Program at SDEV. Evan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master of Urban Planning from the Taubman College of Planning at the University of Michigan. Since 2017, Evan has also served the City of Detroit in the Housing and Revitalization Department as a Senior Housing Consultant in the Bridging Neighborhoods division.
